Michael R. Cabak is the founding Principal of CRJ Associates. He has over 30 years of experience in Civil and Structural Engineering. Mike was the managing principal for architectural, structural and civil engineering design of over 5,000 buildings. His experience includes all types of light industrial and commercial buildings, in California, Washington, Nevada, Arizona and Texas. He is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and Structural Engineers Association of Northern California (SEAONC). Michael has been retired since June 1999, but remains involved in the firm on a consulting basis. He also continues as Chief Financial Officer.

THEODORE M. SZEWCZYK, VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

With over 20 years of experience, he is responsible for structural design of commercial and industrial buildings, including seismic evaluations of existing buildings. He has extensive experience in design of wood, concrete and steel structures. He is a member of International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO) and Structural Engineers Association of Northern California (SEAONC)

Jim Rooney joined CRJG Associates (later to become CRJ Associates) in 1983. He is responsible for structural design in all types of commercial and industrial projects. He is a licensed Civil and Structural Engineer in the state of California. He is a member of American Concrete Institute (ACI) and Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute.

Matthew Jordan joined CRJ Associates in 1987. Matt is a licensed Structural and Civil Engineer in the state of California. With over 12 years of experience, his knowledge of structural design covers all types of light commercial and industrial projects. He has experience in the design of steel, wood, concrete and masonry structures. He is a member of Structural Engineers Association of Northern California (SEAONC)
