Project Manager
CRJ Associates is currently seeking candidates for an Architectural Project
Manager's position. We are looking for a person with self initiative,
who is interested in being a leader. You will be managing multiple Projects
of varying size and scope, from schematics through construction administration.
Your responsibilities will include; Client contact, program analysis,
management of personnel performing schematic design, design development,
and construction documents, assistance to Clients during the bidding process,
and construction administration. You will also coordinate and manage outside
consultants that may be involved in a Project. These duties will vary
depending on the needs of the particular Project. Our ideal candidate
will have a degree in Architecture, 8 to 10 years of experience in Architecture,
and preferably be licensed in CA. A working knowledge of building codes,
accessibility requirements, different building construction types, and
Autocad, is required for this position.
Structural Designer
CRJ Associates is currently seeking a Structural Designer with two to five years of building design experience. The position requires a B.S. degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, expertise in steel, concrete, timber, and seismic design, and the ability to work in a team setting. Good communication skills and attention to detail are a definite plus. Candidates should be proficient in the use of Autocad and the latest structural engineering design software. Registration as a P.E. in California is desirable.
